SHIPPING METHOD AND DURATION

All orders are dispatched within 24 business hours under normal conditions, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on non-working days will be dispatched on the following Monday. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the estimated delivery time varies based on your location:

• 3-5 days for Metro cities
• 5-7 days for Non-Metro cities

You will receive a notification by SMS or Email when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. We’re taking all the necessary precautions to ensure your package arrives safely.

BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS

You can manage your addresses in the My Account section of our website. Multiple addresses can be saved in your address book, and you can select your preferred shipping address during checkout.

When placing an order, you’ll need to enter your Billing Address first. If you'd like to provide a different shipping address, simply click on the "Enter different delivery address" button during checkout.
